Incident Alerts – Learning & Sharing for a Safer Community

▶ Our association sends out Monthly Incident Alerts to all members – real-life reports of near-misses and safety events, carefully analyzed to highlight causes and lessons.

▶ Sharing these alerts builds a culture of openness and continuous learning. Rather than hiding mistakes, we treat them as opportunities for improvement.

▶ By learning together, we spot hidden risks, refine practices, and prevent repeat incidents. These alerts keep everyone informed, engaged, and committed to making our workplaces safer – because learning from real incidents helps us all grow stronger.

▶ In short, our monthly Incident Alerts reflect our core belief: continuous learning is the foundation of a safer tomorrow.

SEA Awards

Our SEA Award Program is dedicated to encourage, honor and recognize the Industries and to adopt HSE practices. Every year, we invite nominations for individuals, teams, and member organizations who have demonstrated:

   ★ Exceptional leadership in safety.

★ Innovative approaches to hazard control.

★ Impactful safety training or mentoring.

★ Remarkable improvements in safety performance.

A panel of judges from our Awards Committee evaluates submissions based on clear criteria such as measurable safety improvements, employee engagement, and long-term impact. Winners are recognized at our Award ceremony in presence of Senior delegates and receive certificates, trophies, and website features. Beyond recognition, these awards help us share best practices, motivate continuous learning, and strengthen our safety-first culture.

On our SEA website, we provide a dedicated section with essential health and safety links to ensure that employees, partners, and visitors have quick access to reliable resources. These links connect users to official guidelines, workplace safety procedures, emergency response protocols, and wellness initiatives that support a safe and healthy environment. By centralizing this information, the SEA website makes it easier for everyone to stay informed about best practices, compliance requirements, and preventive measures. This commitment reflects our ongoing priority to safeguard well-being and promote a culture of safety across all operations.
